City Union has organized 2 block trains from Luoyang station to Alamedin station, Kyrgyzstan for this tractor aid project by Chinese government, which started in earlier July 2011 and ended in late August 2011. This is an urgent shipment, not only requiring complicate container loading scheme, but also it was happened to suffer railway dispatch restriction in China. Under such serious condition, City Union submitted the block train solution and tried the best to get the support from Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, Luoyang railway station, customs authority and commodity inspection department. Finally the block train won’t be split in the middle stations that greatly reduced the transit time. This mode is highly praised by Commerce Monitory and the customer.
